COMMERCIAL LAW DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION does not contribute profit. All revenues from donations are used solely for achieving the goals of the Foundation.

The activity in the public interest, the acquisition, management and spending of the Foundation’s property and funds, are performed under Rules, adopted by the Board of trustees and duly presented to the Ministry of Justice during the procedure for registration of the Foundation as a non-profit legal entity, performing activity in the public interest.

Upon receipt of donations and sponsorships, the Foundation applies Internal Rules pursuant to the Measures against Money Laundering Act.
