The Project “Active participation of citizens in the establishment of public policies in the field of preventive restructuring and insolvency” received Grant for finansing
On August 29, 2022, the Commercial Law Development Foundation concluded a contract with the Managing Body of the Operational Program “Good Governance” for the implementation of a project “Active participation of citizens in the establishment of public policies in the field of preventive restructuring and insolvency”.
The Project is going to be implemented in partnership with Judgement Enforcement Development Initiative and with financial support of Operational Program “Good Governance” co-financed by the European Social Fund, Priority axis No. 2 “Effective and professional governance in partnership with civil society and business”, Procedure BG05SFOP001-2.025 “Increasing civil participation in the implementation processes and monitoring of policies and legislation’.
