Our new project “Development of Arbitration as an Alternative Method of Legal Disputes Resolution” is launched
On February 4, 2019, the Commercial Law Development Foundation started the implementation of the project “Development of Arbitration as an Alternative Method for Solving Legal Disputes”. The project is implemented with the financial support of the Operational Program “Good Governance”, co-financed by the European Social Fund under Priority Axis 3 “Transparent and Effective Judicial System”, Procedure BG05SFOP001-3.003 “Civil Control over the Judicial Reform”.
